From past so many days I have been experiencing big problem from TATA docomo alert and other services.
I have never registered or opted for any services from Tata Doccomo.
Even then, every day in the late night around 3.30 AM Rs.5 or Rs.7 is deducted.
I called the customer care to deactivate the service.
Again they started the service.
I have lost so many rupees because of this.
I need all my compensation for all the money they have deducted from my balance in the name of Data usage.
Please help me with the same,
