Hi I am Prasenjit from Bangalore,
From 20th Jan 2012 i am not getting 3G network in my mobile(8792537774), On the same day I called number of times to the customer care but every time the call got disconnected after the message " All our customer care executives are busy on other call".
Next day morning (21.01.2012) I called again and got them. I told him my problem, the CCE replied this is a issue regarding netwark an will be solved within 24 hrs gave me a complaint number . I sent a mail regarding this problem to listen@tatadocomo.com. After few hrs got reply with the same complaint number and with a commitment of resolving the problem within 24th of Jan 2012.
I called them again on 22.01.2012, Another CCE picked up the call, I asked him to check the status of my complaint. He told this will take not more than another 24 hrs to solve the Issue, As they have technical problem with 3G network so through out Karnataka.
After 24 hrs it not solved ,On 23.01.2012 I called again the customer care to check the status, I CCE name Raju picked the call and told you need to activate the 3G internet pack then only you will get 3G network as this is new rule from Tata Docomo. then I asked if this is the case then why it is not informed to me on the 1st day itself, I was not satisfied with his words and asked him to transfer the call to team leader. after a long hold on call the so called team leader named Prasad came into call and told me the same story of activating 3G pack and asked me to call from a different number for trouble shooting, I called from a diffrent number but every time call got disconnected by saying customer care executives are busy. whole day they were busy on call. I send a mail again to listen@tatadocomo.com narrating all my problem expecting the truth from them.
Today I called Again customer care Mr. Sunil picked up the call. I explained him my sufferings he replied "all the executives till date gave me fake information and said the issue is closed (Ref: BNG268) saying that our concern team is planning to launch a network site at your place which will be done within 3 months".
Also got a mail saying the same thing and asked me to bear with them..
How do they close the issue without solving this major problem???? Do they mean to say they have removed all the towers on 20th of Jan 2012 from all the areas I am roaming??? I am not a new customer of TATA DOCOMO. I never faced that issue before 20th of Jan then why they are saying that they will launch a network site???? From whom then I was getting 3G network before 20th jan 2012????
Why TATA DOCOMO customer care executives gave me fake information???
I NEED RESULT AND A PROPER SOLUTION
