    Angry Tata docomo big cheaters worst customer service

    Hi I am Prasenjit from Bangalore,
    From 20th Jan 2012 i am not getting 3G network in my mobile(8792537774), On the same day I called number of times to the customer care but every time the call got disconnected after the message " All our customer care executives are busy on other call".
    Next day morning (21.01.2012) I called again and got them. I told him my problem, the CCE replied this is a issue regarding netwark an will be solved within 24 hrs gave me a complaint number . I sent a mail regarding this problem to listen@tatadocomo.com. After few hrs got reply with the same complaint number and with a commitment of resolving the problem within 24th of Jan 2012.
    I called them again on 22.01.2012, Another CCE picked up the call, I asked him to check the status of my complaint. He told this will take not more than another 24 hrs to solve the Issue, As they have technical problem with 3G network so through out Karnataka.
    After 24 hrs it not solved ,On 23.01.2012 I called again the customer care to check the status, I CCE name Raju picked the call and told you need to activate the 3G internet pack then only you will get 3G network as this is new rule from Tata Docomo. then I asked if this is the case then why it is not informed to me on the 1st day itself, I was not satisfied with his words and asked him to transfer the call to team leader. after a long hold on call the so called team leader named Prasad came into call and told me the same story of activating 3G pack and asked me to call from a different number for trouble shooting, I called from a diffrent number but every time call got disconnected by saying customer care executives are busy. whole day they were busy on call. I send a mail again to listen@tatadocomo.com narrating all my problem expecting the truth from them.

    Today I called Again customer care Mr. Sunil picked up the call. I explained him my sufferings he replied "all the executives till date gave me fake information and said the issue is closed (Ref: BNG268) saying that our concern team is planning to launch a network site at your place which will be done within 3 months".
    Also got a mail saying the same thing and asked me to bear with them..

    How do they close the issue without solving this major problem???? Do they mean to say they have removed all the towers on 20th of Jan 2012 from all the areas I am roaming??? I am not a new customer of TATA DOCOMO. I never faced that issue before 20th of Jan then why they are saying that they will launch a network site???? From whom then I was getting 3G network before 20th jan 2012????

    Why TATA DOCOMO customer care executives gave me fake information???


    I NEED RESULT AND A PROPER SOLUTION

    I have similar issue. Plesae read below

    I’m using the docomo number 8983765658 since more than 1 & half year now. I have activated GRPS plan by recharging it with Rs.48/- for 21 days.

    I used to get good 2G speed(downloading speed till 14Kbps) while using it on my 3G handset Nokia C7. However Suddenly since 24rd Jan 2012 it working only on Edge services (downloading speed till 4Kbps). I check the settings of my cells & everything seems to be Ok. I have a network setting in my cell where I can switch from 3G Band to GSM or use Dual band, but now it’s working on with Dual & GSM band. If I try to select 3G band it gives me error “No network found” & if I try to search network manually & select Tata DoCoMo it gives error “NO Access”

    I also tried inserting my another Docomo sim card with number 8087462271 which works fine with all the 3 bands without any issues.

    Today I went to docomo gallery & got the sim card replaced thinking that the issue was with sim card but even after purchasing new sim card still the issue exists.

    I have already open ticket no.: NWK094825504 for same issue but haven’t got the response yet. Please look into this ASAP. I was told someone will call back within 24hours but now it’s more than that.

    Hey PRASENJIT and AMIT i am also facing same problem with 3G network. Docomo has decided to return back 3G signal to all.As they got a bad guideline from TRAI.They would loose many customers if they will continue this as people don't like 4kb/s as 3g mode is giving them 12kb/s.Nobody will use slowest 2G which has bad ping of 1 second.which i got just 200ms in 3g mode.Now i cannot enjoy online apps with such bad ping. I think DOCOMO will give back signal in next month.If they don't did switch to RELIANCE as it has good speed of 17kb/s on 3G mode and average valued internet packs.my bro. is using this but don't forget docomo maybe they give back 3G network like it was before.

    Any idea about the date by when Docomo will be restoring the 3G services back?
    Is it confirm new or just rumor

    Previously i had lots of unwanted balance deduction issue with Docomo & now network issues.

    I received call from docomo represntative who said that from 24th jan 2012 they have made the changes in ploicy & hence change in 3g speed to Edge services. But i'm still facing slow internet speed & network issue with voice.
    I also conifrm with the person that there is no such update that they will be restoring 3G speed back to their customers.

    Mr. Kuwar can you confirm the news once again pls.

    Tata Docomo is making fool of us.
    They started a new policy because they don't know how to stop hacks in their packs activation program or they cant take budget of reprogramming.
    Tata Docomo has changed their policy because of TRAI 's blame on them for giving away 3G internet speed via. hacks.
    Tata Docomo please correct your programming instead turning off 3G network
    We want 3G network back as every other companies are giving 3G network for better surfing.

    Mr. Kuwar,

    Agree with your point. The current status of my my Docomo internet is I'm hardly getting download speed of 6-8 Kbps & some in 45mins I'm hardly able to surf around 2MB. Its worst speed then ever.

    I'm thinking to switch over to some other provider either Airtel or Idea.

    Tata Docomo: I tried the online chat option many time but was always in th queue & never got any agent. The agent won't be able to resolve any issue since issue is with network & internet speed.

    You will surely loose many customers if this is your service level.

    I tried to Docomo 3G plan for 2 days & it has excellent speed near about 1Mbps, however the 2G speed is da'am slow.

    Finally I have decided to port the number to Vodafone as their 2G plans are bit costly but atleast they have speed equivalent to 3G.

    Just wanted to say Bye Bye to TATA DOCOMO

    Default TATA DOCOMO not porting out my number to Airtel

    Hi friends

    I was using vodafone for 3 years and then switched to TATA DOCOMO for its seconds billing feature. But from Day 1, I didnt get network inside my home itself which is located at heart of the Tirunelveli City, Tamil Nadu. So I planned to change to Airtel once I complete 90 days with this stupid Docomo network. After completing my 90 days, I approached the Airtel store with all necessary documents and UPC. My UPC was TT496139 dated 21/01/2012. But it was rejected by Docomo ppl saying its wrong UPC code. Then again I got a new UPC TT 176419 dated 08/02/2012. Today I was shocked on hearing again it has been rejected by DOCOMO ppl becoz of wrong UPC.

    This ****ing bastards are not providing good network and also not allowing me to change to other good operators.

    Can anyone help me in this regards?
