    Unhappy Tata docomo cheatin customer by activating different type of services without custome

    Sir
    I am using docomo no 8960257739.
    On 21dec a service named "Song book" was activated on my cell without my request and Rs 20 was charged for that after calling to customer care is was deactivated and my amount was refund to me on same day my request no for deactivating that was "GBL095205184".On the same day i register my cell no for "do not disturb' service,request no was "0787444820" .

    On 28dec again the same service was activate on my cell without my request and Rs20 again charged .After calling several times to customer they agree to return my amount.My request no for deactivate the service was "GBL095548251."On 29dec at 2.36pm i got my amount refuned .At 3.37 pm on the same day a new service named "JOB ALERT" was activated again it happend without my request.
    After that i request several times to customer care to deactive that service and refund my amount but they refuse to do so.
    I talk to Mr "Santan"to transfer my call to your senior authority he denied straightly.After trying a lot of time finally i talk to mr "deepak(senior supervisor)" i told him what happend he gave me reply that sir we have a limit of refunding amount i asked him their is no limit to deduct customer balance but on refunding the same amount you have a limit.After hearin my argument he disconnet the line.

    Again i called Miss rashmi was now with me after telling the same thing she behave very rudely.She has no interest to solve my problem.
    When i called to customer care to at least deactivate "JOB ALERT" no complain no was given to me after forcing only a call id no"875375873" is given to me.I got two times the deactivation sms .After getting two times the sms a called customer care to confirm it , the service was continue.I again said to please deactive.


    I want some hard step should should be taken by you .Please refund my lost amount and deactivate the service as soon as possible.

    Below complain was posted on 30dec but no action has been yet taken.Please take some hard step so that it will not happend in future.

    Thumbs down fake activation of services

    I have taken tata docomo number recently

    Every time i was frustated with false activation of services. some times astrology service will be activated and some other time job alerts service will be activated. This is the first time i faced a problem with these kind of fake activations without the owner permission.

    I believe for better business practices this should be avoided. I want to keep the number and change to some other network, please suggest me. Because i don't have that much time to call and inform to custormer care and deactivate these fake activations.

    i do have the same prob.. i ve tried calling to deactivation number 155223
    'm nt able to deactivate it too..i get a info tat no service is activated for me...bot still iget charged rs.9 every month...can yo tell me how can i connect to the customer care ppl..

    my name is keshav and my docomo number is (7702213988)

    today morning i got a call from tata docomo customer care that my number was selected in the lucky draw for the caller tune for 3 months for 50/- Rs. He said i will activate this for u but i strictly said no and i am not interested in offer and cut the call but in the evening i got a message that
    "Thank you for subscribing to call me tune u have been charged Rs.50 for 90 days."
    though i have not asked for the offer they activated it....
    i need my money to be refunded.

    hi pls check tatadocom online chat section to contact customer care. They ll stop ur service promptly and ll refund u as well.
    I also had same problem of sonbook deactivation. But they provied me with prompt service. I got my 30 rs refund which were deducted.
