i am really very fed up with the misleading & uncaring attitude of tata docomo.A few days earlier i complained about the same issue on this website.i got the refund back but today the service called voice chat was renewed and the balance again got deducted from my balance.a day earlier i called cc and he told me that all the services has been de-activated but today as soon as i recharged my no. The service was renewed.few days earlier when i recharged my acc. The services, voice chat, call me tunes and live arti were activated without my knowledge.iam really worried about this issue.iam not able to recharge my account as the balance is been detucted as soon as i refill.my kind request to the officer in charge of this issue to look into this matter and fix the problems as soon as possible.i want to deactivate all my services which are been activated and refund of rs.30 which was deducted from my account. Plz help me.
