    Default TATA DOCOMO DND Complaint

    I have requested to activate " DO NOT DISTURB" services on my phone no. : 9046719229 operator TATA DOCOMO on 26th March 2010 at about 01.38PM and i have received the confirmation with my reference No. : TTLDND0732492456 that they will activate my DND with in 45day but Till now 26th May 2010 the same service is not activated on my phone. when ever i called to customer care they replied that the have some problem with their system so that they are not able to proceed further and they are talking so rudely too.

    Pl help me to come out from this problem.

    Default What a shame Tata Docomo.

    I have purchased two sims on my name.and one sim is being used by my sister.During verification my sister has given all right information still customer care tells my sister to given her documents.The only work of your customer care is to check that the card is properly registered on card holder owner.who is he bloody rascal to tell me who should the use the card.Tata Docomo this is inconvenience to customer.Fully faltu service provided to me.When again I ask a customer care person to transfer my call to TL officer that bloody guy holds my call for 1 hour.The customer care person name was moshin.Not satisfy with your service provided

    Default Deducted amount reimbursement of Tata Docomo Mobile No. 9031930591

    Unnecessary subscription (such as joke,score,etc pack) has been activated on my mobile no +919031930591 (Service Provider :Tata Docomo GSM service, India) without my permission. I have never subscribed to any such service. This is not the first time,its happening continuosly. A couple a day before balance was deducted in same way without me subscribing to any such facility and now from last three days (i.e.3/12/2010, 4/12/2010 and 5/12/2010) unreasoningly my balance is deducted.I recharge everyday with an amount of Rs 30/- and its being deducted.I hereby, request the company to refund my money and unsubscribe me from any such service and the same should be informed me. In future also such act should not repeated.

    Unnecessary subscription (such as joke,score,etc pack), I intimate you that I surprised that you rededuct my money Rs. 28/- approx. from my Tata Docomo (GSM) Sim No. +919031930591. Just on 12th Dec 2010 you had credited in my account, but after two days again you deduct my whole of the money, whenever, I called only two call only roundabout total costing Rs. 1.50/- So this is not fair, I think any fault in your system and your management. Kindly reback my money again and hope should not repeated the same.

    Thumbs down TATA DOCOMO FRAUDS and Offensive Customer service

    I just got a new sim of Tata docomo and my no. is . I activate the offer recharge of Rs 51/-
    which gave me 30rs balance, 200 local/national Sms per day and any recharge here after, full talk time.

    I was sending SMS to all my family n friends to inform them my new no. My Rs30 balance became zero. I called the customer care and they told me that the system is showing that i have sent an MMS so each message costed me 3rs. I told them that i was just sending the SMS not the MMS. And further i asked them to register a complaint and rectify with the technical support department to verfiy whether i had sent MMS or SMS. Then she registered an complaint and the complaint no. is GBL095221773. She said that my 30rs will be refunded. And after 5 mins my 30Rs was refunded back succesfully.

    But again I sent SMS and again my 30rs was detected. and when i called the customer care again they said again the same as the system is showing that I had sent MMS and each cost 3rs. I again tried to inform this another female there was same problem last time few mints back and i was refunded the money back and it was rectified that i was sending only SMS and not MMS. But this coustomer care female she was using offensive replies and speaks so rudely. What type of service is this TATA docomo giving. I am asking her to register an complaint and give me the complanit no. even she started yelling and she speaking so rudly deigned to register complain either. Same on your service TATA Docomo if these type people you appoint for ur service. Same on you. She just hanged my line. I called twice again to customer care, 2 more people i explained the problem, they just asked me to wait n there was a silence for a min n they disconnented the line. and when i tried calling again they have deactivated my access to speak to the customer care itself. Its so shamefull TATA Docomo. This is what the service you give. really shame on you.

    Its same TATA Docomo that being such a leading company having such a bad customer care executives appointed. This reflects your standard. Shame on you. Kindly note to teh CEO of TATA Docomo, if u do not take action on such excecutive there is no point in runnning a company and we are not going to tolerate all such nonsense.

    Have some standard TATA Dococmo. Appointed a sensible people not any tom dick n hari of the street. I kindly request you to go through the quality procedure and have disciplines in ur customer service. Any ways my conversation with the customer service is recorded right. Kindly go through and see who was that female and fire such emloyees and provide better service.

    And I need my money back which has been deducted and compensation for such offence and fraud service.. I strong complain to the consumer court take action. TATA Docomo is playing FRAUD. They are simply deducting money and not even giving a solution. Please terminate their Company Licence such that only then they will take measure for better service.

    Angry TATA DOCOMO DEDUCTED Rs.92 FROM MY BALANCE

    i haven't used any kind of service of but they deduct Rs.92 from my account balance on 26/12/2010 when i call customer care they says i clicked on link of "dive in service" but i know i newer use any kind of service and they not refund my balance.

    when i was called Customer care they said i downloaded T20 game when i call nodel officer He said your balance deducted due to use of "dive in service" i still not satisfied and now i throw up my TATA DOCOMO SIM and i dont want any refund but i know i haven't download any game and never used any service. i can only say TATA DOCOMO is fraud company they charged me wrong

    Default DND Not Activated

    I have requested to activate " DO NOT DISTURB" services on my phone no. : 7795517988 operator TATA DOCOMO on 9th Feb, 2011 and i have received a confirmation stating that it will get activated within 7 days. I also called up the customer care and spoke with a manager. The manager assured me that its deactivated, but still i am getting the nuisance messages from Docomo. Every 15 to 20 mins i get a message. Sometimes even 2 to 3 messages back to back. Its really disturbing. I would request you to please activate the service asap.

    i have received a message from TATA DOCOMO stating

    Dear Customer, We regret to inform you that your request cannot be proceed pls call 121 for further information

    tried callin up 121 no use

    i wish to use DND service on all my mobile numbers 9029264753, 9029264754,9029264755

    if TATA DOCOMO is not willing to start the DND service i wish to terminate the connection as the service is nonsense and i have been looted a lot.

    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

    NO USE BEING POLITE WITH THESE TELCOS
