its my second complaint about the TATA DOCOMO GPRS PACK before it i registered a complaint through this site on 4 feb but till now i did'nt got any response by the COMPANY. i m unable to use the GPRS pack properly, at the day time some time its too weak to open even my mail id. before this site i also register the complaint on company's customer care but from there i also not got respond. if i don't got any solution soon i register the complaint against the company manually to the consumer forum.
