I have done recharge of Rs.135/- online on 25/01/2012 at 18.45.29 from yes bank and Transaction number is NET TXN: BILL DESK MYBK2677810667 but i didn't get a single rupee's recharge on my mobile number 8976542026. i have dial customer care but every time it was saying busy with other...

please help to get my recharge or refund of Rs.135/-

and i have one problem regarding some lifestyle pack as i does not apply for the same and every month docomo is charging Rs.30p.m for that i had conversation with one very manner less customer care executive on 26th jan 2012 as he is not talking kindly and without solving my problem or without asking me he disconnected my phone though i didn't tell any bad words... despite of calling many times with customer care , every executive is telling same thing that i don't have any active service like life style pack so what i can do ... while renewal of this pack one message is coming like " your life style pack will renew by tomorrow for deactivation call on some numbers , i had also call to that numbers but no solution come from that...

so i request you to please help me for above both problem
