Sir,
I am writing this mail in order to bring into your notice the cheating I have suffered while recharging my mobile online.
On the 27th of january,I recharged my mobile No.8891722540(Kerala circle) with Rs.300 through the online portal tatadocomo.com.I gave my email id as kartik.d.champ@gmail.com. I made the payment through Netbanking using State Bank of Tranvancore netbanking.
After recharging,my account was immediately debited vide transaction no.IG88850960 transfer to 67104134178(details provided by my bank)
Though the said amount was deducted,my phone has not been recharged with the amount.Moreover,I did not get any mail on my id regarding the same.
This kind of cheating by Tata docomo is highly unacceptable.I called the customer care on the 27th evening and my complaint was recorded vide complaint no.9613319.However nothing has been done for my complaint till now.
I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently as such kind of cheating is not expected of Docomo.
A prompt action would also prevent me from taking any other severe action.
