Hi I would like to make a complaint against Tata Docomo Prepaid customer service as they are unable to credit the balance of Rs 24/- debited to my account for DUK Alerts?
I did not subscribe to it but my balance got reduced automatically.

I am Dr.Abhiram S.Mehendale ,BDS. My docomo number is +919029885185, recharged Rs.50 through mobile recharge from one shop in Goregaon (East).But the balance of the same is not added to my account yet and stay in Andheri (east).
I called customer care and asked for help but some Mr.Samadhan from other side was least interested in my peoblem and was answering very rudely.


I am having one more complaint. The balance of Rs' 30 was automatically cut from my previous recharge and i got a message that I have subscribed SHERO-SHAYARI pack which i have never subdcribed.I am feeling cheated. Better you take action otherwise I have to take serious action against third class mobile company called TATA DOCOMO.

You have been charged Rs 1.50..Everyday because of this they are reducing 1.50 rupees from prepaid balance..I never activated this alert. This Tata Docomo doing real cheating..! I tried lot of time to that Cal Center to deactivate this alert. They are not at all giving proper response. Tata Docomo has very worst custom service. I need this cheating problem to be solved soon orelse i ll urge all my family and frnds to deactivate their Tata Docomo sim.

I have a Docomo prepaid connection. They have been charging me for using bollywood best scenes service on my mobile phone when i had requested them to deactivate bollywood best sense service they just telling me that there is no such service is activated on your no.

I even don,t know how this service has been activated. I am denying that i have not activated this service. But they are not trusting on me.

They sends flash messages, may be it is activated by accidentally.But this is not the matter, matter is they are not deactivating it and keep telling that it is not activated on your number.

Till now Rs 50 have been deducted from my account.

I am getting following message again and again!!
"Your subscription to bollywood best scenes pkg on tata docomo 3g life wap service has been auto renewed. you've been charged Rs. 10.0/-"

Three(3) executives assured me that my problem will be resolved immediately. But it was a false promise, as usual !!


Please help me get out of this mess.
