Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to draw your attention towards the suffering the customers are facing from M/s Tata Docomo.
I need your intervention as my issue is not resolved from last 3 months.
Issue: i was using 9600004840, which i have ported from airtel postpaid to docomo prepaid. After that i lost the mobile and taken a duplicate sim with the same number and then its not activating. When i am co-ordinating with the Docomo care it is intimated that the number is got disconnected by the donor. So i co-ordinated with the Airtel, there is no out standing amount and because it is already ported out and they don't have rights to block / disconnect the number and they suggested me to check with the docomo only. I am just co-ordinating the docomo customer care via phone / chat / care center personally, but i am not getting proper response why the number got disconnected.
Finally i got the confirmation mail from Airtel saying that "your airtel mobile number 9700004840 has already been disconnected permanently with effect from 23-07-2011 due to port out".
So its clearly saying that disconnection is happened not from Airtel and only from Docomo.
Even i attached the mail confirmation from airtel also, Docomo team repeating the same message as to check with the donor(airtel).
I am not expecting this kind of service from your esteemed organization. Even i escalated the case to Executive President (deepak@tatadocomo.com) but i am not getting the proper response from Docomo team.
Please help me and need to activate my number.
