Myself Soumen Chakraborty, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. 9030418274), receiving unwanted SMS from the service provider and my balance is reducing @ RS.10/- after receiving every SMS. I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care but thay are not taking it seriously. They are expressing sorry but doing the same mischeif time and again. As per customer care the amount which was deducted earlier through SMS (like Keeda Pack, Joke etc.) will be credited as these are unwanted to me but nothing happened. Inspite of complaining they are sending this type of SMS and debiting regularly. This is not only my problem many other people also facing same proble. My question is where to complain against TATA DOCOMO and how to get back my money which they have deducted by malprictice. From where i will get JUSTICE?

This is atul.(Mob no. 8149182857). Recently I got message for buddy activation. Without giving any activation, buddy chat get activated on my sim & 30 Rs. deducted from sim balance. Myself Jogender singh ranji, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. 8871936424),receiving unwanted SMS from the service provider and my balance is reducing @ RS.10/-, twice. I have already registered for DND 65 days ago but still i am receiving calls and sms everyday. I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care but thay are not taking it seriously. I have registered my complaint 4 times in Tata Docomo Customer care(121), but every time they give me resolution time(almost two days), but the problem is still alive, my last complaint no is PGSR09087107 registered at 03/08/2010 at 01.59 pm, and the resolution time they given me is 05/08/2010, but till now(13/08/2010), my problem is alive and now it's become bigger, m receiving 2-3 sms and 1 call everyday, today i contact 121 again but they reply me that my complaint is still open, but how :

Hello sir I am using sim of tata docomo no7415115746.
suddenly I receive this sms Hi! you have been successfully subscribed to keeda pack alerts.you have been charged RS.30 and your service will be activated within 24 hrs. And they deduce RS.30 from my balance .I son't want any Keeda pack so please deactivate this service and return my money within 24 hrs.any how I wants my balance back Regards: Akshay Gupta Date 29/09/2010. |

Myself Gokul, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. 8148834210), often receiving unwanted YES or NO type SMS from the service provider and my balance is reducing @ RS.10/- after receiving the SMS. Even if i pressed NO, they are sending SMS like "You are Activated for this service and You are charged for Rs:10). Already they activated for joke service (without my knowledge!!) and disturbing me by jokes. Then I called customer care and deactivated the joke service. But very next day itself they send another SMS that I have been activated for some nonsense service and charged Rs:10. Again I called to Tata Docomo Customer Care and when asked about this they are not responding properly. Simply they are telling some nonsense things "sorry", "dont know", etc. If i asked them to credit back my money they are telling "sorry you should have told this before deactivating itself, now refund is not possible". Please suggest me where to complain against TATA DOCOMO.

Hi, i am a tata docomo prepaid customer (9029578895). I have a lifetime scheme of pay for first 3 sms of the day and then 97 free. Since the 26th of this month I am paying for all the sms i send.
Inspite of raising 2 complaints over their online chat service, complaint no. GBL092137552, GBL092163911, and no action was taken. I have also visited their Byculla outlet and met Ms Amrin on the 30th of september. i was told it will be sorted out within 24hrs. no action was taken. On my next visit to the same outlet on the 1st of this month the incharge Ms Pooja gave me the same assurance. She also spoke to their DGM Mr Ravindra Mangalampali to look into the issue and said it will be resolved by the end of the day. But till now I am being charged for all outgoing SMS. Request you to look into the matter and help me get as a consumer what I'm entitled to. |

In this connection I have contacted Airtel service center, personaly They said we don’t help in this matter and you can contact your mobile Tata docomo Customer Care Service. In this connection , I have contacted several times your customer care center through Over phone ( 198 /121 )your customer care service, but not no response in this connection. Please check the above matter and balance to be re-credit the amount And in future no such problems for me and your other customers also. Kindly do the needful at the earlist.
