    I got a message from
    52250 saying, "Hi! You
    have been successfully
    subscribed to B-Town
    Rockstars. You are Charged
    Rs.10.0." What is this?? I
    didn't subscribe for
    anything at all.I called
    customer care , they said
    some down-loadable
    charging has taken place
    of Rs.10. What should i
    do??
    When i searched the net, i
    have seen so many
    complaints which are the
    same and i think not yet
    been resolved for the past
    year.
    It is like money getting
    deducted in Rs 10 each. I
    badly need a reply and
    solution for this problem
    or i have go for another
    service and say the same
    to all my friends. Because
    many of them also have
    the same problem with
    TATA docomo service. How
    can you address and
    within what time this can
    be solved??

    Red face Deduction of Balance under very strange Title.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am switch to DOCOMO through portability from Vodafone. In that I got 1 GB data usage free.

    I had enjoyed that offer and in reward to that my main balance was deducted twice. I had contact to Customer Care Center for justification. They had replied that deduction is due to MULTIPLE SESSION.

    They explained me about Multiple Session which was some like this - You might have one more then 3 web pages at a time eg. Yahoo, Gmail, Facebook, Linked In

    This is very strange too me that once any one get free usage of 1 GB then there must not be any charge until and unless that 1 GB data usage gets over.

    Please look in this matter.

    Angry worst blackberry service

    I have got activated blackberry services on my mobile 2 days back.I seriously faced lot of problems during its activation.No one tell u or sms about right settings for is configuration.And what happens u end up paying extra 100 Rs for using their dive in browser.And when u try calling on the customer care u come to know that ur nos is barred from their system and you are not able to customer care asking ur money back. And U KEEP On rotating in between technical help line and customer care,.Then Supervisor of technical help line is not interested in talking to you.
    Today morning even my money got deducted as automatically browser setting got changed to dive what a shit.Why my money is getting deducted no body is ready to answer as settings for browsing got automatically changed.Mr Gagan who is technical manager for Haryana and Punjab never calls u back even after saying ill call back.If docomo team is so inefficient in handling it then please reply why are you running such service.

    Please refund my money back so that i can swtich to vodafone.

    Default TATA DOCOMO is extorting people

    by deducting 10 Rs for "Shahrukh khan love tips" whic i never subscribed.
    Or atleast they never took explicit & clear confirmation from the user before deducting the amount.

    Is it a strategy to steal small amounts?
    This is an insult to the reputation of TATA in india.

    Default complaint against tata docomo

    hello, I have been using have been using the prepaid mobile number (8460662144) of the above mentioned telecom company for the past few months. Recently, on june 12-13 '2011 night, around Rs.90 have been wrongly deducted from my account as GPRS charges.And again in the next day morning my account showed fluctuation in balance. I had a talk with customer care nearly about 15-20 times. But they are not responding to my complaint. Every time they say there is a server problem and ask me to call after 6 hours.
    Through your forum , I just wanted my money to my account.

    Hi,

    I have got a message stating that if i recharge with 45 i will be getting double TT (33 will be Cr soon and remaining amount will be credidted in 72 hrs) as per the offer i have recharged on 13th of june but the offer has not credited in my account. I have called up the customer care but the call was disconnected after long conversation.

    I need to get that offer since after recharge i did nt get that any Talk Time

    i have been using tata docomo off late its services have really been under standards the uploaded some ridiculous song in caller tone without my consent and now are charging 50 Rs every month and whenever i call in there customer care they disconnect my phone as soon as i ask them to file a complaint this is ridiculous and some action should be taken against this theft

    Default Unwanted calls and msgs

    "Cheap" messages and unwanted caller tune activation is a major problem. Plus the worst customer care service provider amongst all telecom connections is TATA DOCOMO

    Consumer Protection Forum is the last resort if the problem persist.
