    Default Deactivate Lets play unlimited on TATA DOCOMO

    A service called Let's play unlimited has been activated on my account
    automatically, now it is charging 5Rs per day.Please deactivate it as
    soon as possible.My number is 7204181457.
    I have been calling to customer care but no results have been so
    far.Please do so urgently else I have to look for some other service
    provider as already 40 Rs have been deducted from my account.I even
    called at *191# but it is of no use ,on activation it stated to
    deactivate this service call at 155223 but after that also I am
    getting no results. Please deactivate it on your part as daily 5 Rs
    are deducted from my account.

    Default Deduction of an amount of Rs 80.

    On 19th December 2011, an amount of Rs 80 has been deducted for downloading of 3 wallpapaers and 2 videos using Tata Docomo 3G Life WAP service. On calling up the customer care they vociferously deny it being a glitch/technical error and insist of me downloading the content.
    The biggest joke is i am not a 3g customer and the videos have all been downloaded within a minute(Now this is something impossible with 2G speeds). This is the simple logic which the CC executive should have seen, but Tata Docomo has one of the most hopeless CC executives. Also i would like to add that, during those 5 minutes of my balance deduction, my packet data option on my handset was in a disabled state.
    I have been going through a lot of consumer forums lately, and advise Tata Docomo to do the same.
    It wont take a genius to tell you, how problematic your Tata Docomo 3G Life WAP service has been.

    Question Tata indcome complaint

    Hi

    I was using i4 mobile for internet purpose, GSM but internet cost is very high works slowly,
    I confirmed with your team TATA INDIACOM (CDMA) they suggest me to go for OMH plan for 94Rs 5Gb
    So that i have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY POP SCH i559 mobile 28aug2011 and i have recharged plan for 94Rs 5Gb (OMH) after recharging i started browsing my core balance was deducted and it was negative, that time i checked internet OMH balance showing 5GB,
    I checked with COSTUMER CARE TEAM LEAD they told that, my core balance is negative so internet won’t work, internet will work only when the core balance at-least 1Rs, same was happened up 4 to 5 times my problem not resolved.
    I fed up with COSTUMER CARE and dropped a mail NODEL OFFICER, i got a call form LATHA (NODEL OFFICER) she told we don't have OMH plans in TATA INDIACOM (CDMA). I asked why you people are miss guide to buy this OMH mobile and i also told them to retune my mobile amount on the same day i got a call from Ass.manager SHARLLY i told the same thing to retune back my mobile amount, so she told that she will resolve my problem.
    She taken 1 month to resolved my problem (to match the profile OMH plan for 94Rs 5Gb ) and the OMH plan activated, after activation I confirmed with SHARLLY that this plan will works only for 1 month she told that it will works every month

    After 45 days plan dint work so i call to SHARLLY she told that she has moved to some other project, and she told to contact DEERESH regarding same problem.

    DEERESH tokes more than one and half month, still he not able to solve my problem now he is telling that we are not able to match your profile. I am not able to give OMH plan for 94Rs 5Gb, I have purchased for internet purpose now he is suggesting me to use as a voice calls
    Your teams misguided me and why should I have loss my money and precious 5monts time

    5 months back as per TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE conformation that they are having OMH plans also for 94Rs 5GB, for one month validity.

    So what i have parchesed OMH phon for OMH plan 94Rs 5GB (plan not activated to my phone)

    Now i came to know 2 moths backup only they have released OMH plans (Can you peoples tell me why u suggest me to go for OMH plan 94Rs 5GB)

    Yesterday Kumar (from your team) called me and telling to activate normal plan (95rs for 5Gb) to my phone, i told him that my phone supports only for OMH not for normal plan

    Today again i got a call from RAM KUMAR again he is telling we are having OMH plan 500rs 2GB plan,

    If thay told before parchasing my phone i wont go for TATA INDICOM

    Ram kumar tailling that if any missguide from CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE or TATA INDICOM team we cont do any thing he also telling that what ever you want you can do it



    I have recording calls and mail proofs plz give me solution how to tack action. tata indicome

    I want you to know that I hadn't requested for activation of gprs pack 0f RS.65/- which was activated on 20-12-2011 on my docomo no. 9610753425.
    When i called to cust.care on 1'st call was a lady executive she told me that i called cust.care at 1:34 am and asked for the gprs pack of Rs.65 & Rs.48 and told him to activate the gprs pack of Rs.65 then the call was transwered to superior he told me that I dialled *191# and selected this gprs pack and when I again called cust.care and talked to superior he told me that i called 141 and selected this pack.
    BUT SIR I HAD'NT DONE ANYTHING WHICH YOUR EXECUTIVE's ARE SAYING. I DID'NT REQUESTED FOR ANY GPRS PACK. hope u understand my problem and will do something in this matter and will refund me.

    You see the forums and you will realise Tata Docomo 3G WAP Service has had how many faults, and still you claim that it is an error free serivce?
    This is according to a call i recieved on 21st December 2011 at 16:41 hrs.
    The executive was Ms Vidya.

    Saying the money will not be refunded. Felt Cheated now.

    This is total bullshit from you guys.

    Angry Beware Of Tata Docomo Prepaid Plans

    To All Who Intend To Purchase Tata Docomo Prepaid Plans: BEWARE OF THESE DAYLIGHT CRIMINALS!

    I had purchased two prepaid SIM cards from Tata Docomo and began using one of them. I did not use the other SIM card for quite some time. The person verifying the address might have called on the unused SIM card but was unable to reach me as I had not inserted the SIM card into any handset yet. I had called the customer care centre to seek a resolution on this issue. The lady who spoke was extremely rude and insisted me to submit new documents for address verification to reactivate my account. When I had asked for a refund of the balance on that SIM card, the retard plainly refused.

    I had submitted two complaints on the Tata Docomo website. As expected, the weasels did not bother to respond to my complaint.

    Today, I went to a Tata Docomo center to submit the address proof for a second time. The sick customer "care" representative assisting me mentioned that my SIM card was deactivated and I could no longer use it. He was shameless enough to mention that I had forfeited my balance on the SIM card. He also mentioned that unless I recharded my SIM card for atleast Rs. 200 once every six months, it would be deactivated. I was very livid at his response but was helpless to do anything.

    I had intended to try out Tata Photon but decided against it after experiencing this pathetic customer service.

    Tata Docomo did not even have the decency to notify me before deactivating my SIM card. Each customer "care" representative I had spoken to gave their own version of "rules" under which my card was deactivated.

    Upon returning home, I took the deactivated SIM card and flushed it down my toilet as I felt it was the right place for a Tata product. I plan to finish off the balance on my other Tata Docomo SIM card and discard it by flushing it down my toilet.

    I have vowed never to do any business with these undignified and uncouth bastards anytime for the rest of my life and will strongly dissuade anyone from using their crappy services.

    Default balance deduction

    hi, this is mukesh kumar.. I start using this tatadocomo service since 15 days.simultaneously i was using tatadocomo internet with recharge of rs 48(net pack). In starting of 10 days i couldn't observe that my balance is being deducted by 1 rupees on daily basis. On 24 dec, suddenly, my balance had been deducted by 13 rupees. Then i came to know. I called customer care..they replied u have downloaded x,y images. After that i closely monitored my balance..since then my balance is being deducted rs 1.00 on daily. Customercare people making me assure that will be stopped at the earliest. But , no step has been move ahead yet. I am fedup with this service.. Plz take necessary action. I want my money revertback which have been deducted yet.

    Default Cancellation of Horoscope Pack and Refund of money (Tata Docomo Mobile # 7200582877)

    Hi,

    This is regarding the unnecessary activation of Personalised Horoscope Pack (@ Rs 10/-) on my Tata Docomo Mobile # 7200582877, first on 21 Dec,2011 and renewal on 28 Dec,2011.

    However, leave alone the renewal I never subscribed for this pack in the first place itself. And the messages for its renewal on the next date which according to Tata Docomo is 04 Jan, 2012 keep on coming. The company has simply purt a number (so called 155223) to which a person can call to unsubscribe the service but first of all the language option available is only Tamil and it doesn't direct to any place as well.

    I have also raised both Cancellation (Req # 403394) and Refund (Req # 403394) requests on 29/12/2011 but there hasn't been any response from Tata Docomo's side uptil now.

    Request Tata Docomo to cancel the Personalised Horoscope Pack for me (Mobile # 7200582877) immediately and refund the amount (Rs 20/- for two weeks) that was wrongly deducted for the same.

    Please make a note that failure to do before 4th Jan, 2012 will not only mean that I will be left with no option but to shift to other operator but it was also be a case of mental harrassment that Tata Docomo is unncessarily inflicting upon its customers whom it expects to be idle all the time and having no other job than to sit and dial its customer care to get some unwanted services deactivated.

    Default Error in online recharge & Credit of recharged top up amount

    Hi,

    I did online recharge for my Tata Docomo prepaid # 7200582877 using ICICI netbanking option two times on 12-Jan-2012 but got the error message "Payment unsuccessful from billdesk" both the times. However the transaction amount of Rs 100/- (transaction id 283630666) and Rs 20/- (transaction id 283726222) for the two times has been debited from my account.

    I have already raised a complaint regarding the issue on Tata Docomo's site (Complaint No : 411080) but till now the amount (Rs 120/-) has not been credited to my balance.

    Request you to fix this and credit the refilled amount of Rs 120/- at the earliest. I am already running on zero balance since 12th Jan.

    There has been a Deduction of around 22rs or so on my number stating that i have used GPRS when i haven't. and when i send a request for my data usage on 121, I get a message that there is no data usage on my number. And when i contact the customer care representative they are openly telling that I am TELLING A LIE and i have used GPRS and when i ask them to forward my call to a higher authority they are disconnecting the call.

    I would kindly request the concern person to look into the matter and solve the issue.
