    I want to deactivate my daily health tips and Jokes service for my prepaid number 9043124506. Accidently, the service got activated. As I do not know how to stop a service inspite of calling customer care several times, am launching this complaint. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    Sir my self Mahesh Kumar and my complaint is that on 25 Oct 10, I has been recharge a tatadocomo mobile Number 9030507137 with Rs 50.00 at 0932Pm in hyderabad (AP) with my SBI MOBILE BANKING. After recharge, amount debit my SBI account but money not credit in mobile. I received a SMS from SBI stating that " Rs 50 received for mobile topup transaction successful (0) tid-020020600125". There after i call to SBI but they told me there is no problem regard this you contact your Service provider. After that I call to Tatadocomo call centre and superviser of Call center Mr RAJESH said me thats he send my complaint to their technical departpent but he not logged in my complaint.
    In view of the aboue, you are requested to solve my problem at the earliest and instruct the Tatadocomo for delay. An early action is requested please.

    Dear Sir/ Madam
    i am holding a Tata docomo no.(8097413242). my cellular details are in wrong hands now, which has been aquired by some employee in the company. i have written mail to docomo, no responce yet. irrepairable damage has been happened to me, i just want that it should not happen to any one else again.
    company should respect the privacy of costumer.
    i wanted a feed back from the company wether they took any step to stop it or not , but they didnt find it important enough too reply.

    Default Third Class Service By Tata Docomo

    I must say that I am totally fed up of the glitches in the service and the apathy of the customer care executives of Tata Docomo towards customer feedback and complaints. Frankly speaking these people are only tarnishing the brand image of TATA by this negligent and lackadaisical service of theirs. As an evidence of this fact, read on the history of my miserable plight as is detailed below:
    I bought a new sim of Tata Docomo on 14/08/2010 (mobile number: 8961242945) and have been facing a deluge of problems from day one itself. First of all there is no signal in my area due to which I am unable to connect with anyone via conversation or text messages. The interesting fact is that the signal is partially received in the portion of front balcony of my residence in Salt Lake in Kolkata and it disappears entirely the moment I step inside my house. I have brought this to the notice of the customer care executives a zillion times. At first, after probing into the matter (in the month of August itself) they informed me that my location is 400 metres away from the nearest tower due to which I am facing this problem. They assured me that work had already been commenced in setting up a tower in my vicinity to ensure the receipt of full signal in approximately three months' time. I was also told that as a temporary measure of tiding over the problem, they had increased the range of the signal from the nearest tower (which was proved futile later on).
    I am compelled to enunciate that the promises tendered by them were nothing more than a mere bluff as is confirmed to me now. First of all I would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that reaching the customer care executives via the toll-free number 121 is nothing short of a biggest challenge in itself. If I manage to get the connection in spite of the faulty signal at my place, the message I get to overhear is “Akhon aar line e dariye opekkha korbe na” (“you don't need to stand and wait anymore”) and directing me to contact the toll-free number 52222 for related issues which are spoken by an illiterate Bengali woman who even doesn’t know the proper grammatical structure of the language. Even if I get connected to the customer care executive after much Herculean efforts, all they can say time and again is that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and that I will have to wait longer for rectification of the problem (how long, God alone knows!!!). They even fail to update me on the issue as to what measures have been taken (if at all) as a remedial measure for this nuisance and at what stage of completion it is in sync with the word given to redress my problem in three months’ time way back in August. At one point of time, I was even directed by a customer care executive to remove my battery and sim cards and re-insert them after 2-3 minutes to restore full signal which turned out to be a mere bluff as my problem was not rectified even by the thin of a hair!!! When I reported this matter to another executive while on a chat session, I was informed that it was not a proper solution (again he was sorry for this blatant lie of the other executive) and that the problem of distance from the nearest tower continues to be a hurdle as ever. On the top of that he also confirmed that there was no site planned in my area till date which proved that all earlier citations on their part were nothing but farce. As things stand now, I find no other suitable measure than to drag these people to court for this offence of theirs. They have also started singing different tunes at different instants which turn out to be empty promises later on!!!

    I agree with you and even I am also facing the same problem. I also bought a tata docomo and after recharging I was receiving messages and the balance was getting deducted every day. I also complained about the same to tata but they did not respond.

    Exclamation Disgusted with TATA DOCOMO

    I have had a TATA DOCOMO pre-paid connection for over a year now, but never has such a thing ever happened. Just when I was thinking I had the best connection around, came this bomb!

    I have been calling the TATA DOCOMO customer care since the 17th of November 2010, when my phone displayed the message 'Sim registration failed'. When my connection was restored, I discovered to my horror, that my account balance which was in excess of Rs. 230 + a Rs. 48 internet pack had been reduced to 0!

    Suffice to say I have called at least 8 times since then, and have been disconnected 4 times yesterday alone, and spent well over 2 hours on the phone with the incompetent folks at TATA DOCOMO.

    NOW, after 8 conversations, and a waste of so much time, I have been 'requested' to wait till Thursday, which is 3 days away! Why on Earth should I when I have been nothing but patient for the last 5 days??!

    TATA DOCOMO is good as long as nothing goes wrong with your connection. Once it does, though, Customer Service just refuses to take accountability for anything and asks the customers to bear the brunt even though its THEIR fault. Totally crappy! I will never, ever recommend TATA DOCOMO to ANYONE.

    They had a fan, and they've sucessfully managed to convert me to a hater. Well, congratulations and I hope they rot in hell!

    Ridiculous & disgusting


    First you have deducted Rs. 205/- from my acc.When I lodged a complaint, I was given a date of three days later for resolving the same. Now I came to know that these nice people of your customer support have launched a complaint of Rs. 20/-. So I will actually have to wait for 6 days for getting the things sorted.
    Good heavens.....now I have came to know that the amount was deducted because of some downloads!!!
    I am not surprised. As an user of internet from my childhood days, I can easily understand their trick-THEY ARE CHEATING....OUTRAGEOUSLY. Not under any circumstances I can download anything without my knowledge & no one else uses my mobile phone.
    I think this happens when you use some cheap connections. I know this is not an incident of my bad luck.....but incompetency of TATA DOCOMO.God this company will surely do wonders. If this is the level of support from the customer support...I will be ashamed to call myself a customer.

    suddenly I receive this sms Hi! you have been successfully subscribed to general joke alerts.you have been charged RS.30 .
    And they deduce RS.30 from my balance .I don't want any general joke so please deactivate this service and return my money within 24 hrs.any how I wants my balance back
