Dear sir/madam,
I K.Prashanth using Tata docomo with number 9700014670 is suffering from a problem.The problem is about the balance reduction in my phone without my permission.On 7th January 2012 Rs.99/- has been reducted from my mobile then i called to customer care and I explained my problem after that they reffiled my and the problem is over, on 8th January 2012 again Rs99/- has been reducted in my mobile then i called to customer care about 10 to 15 times and explained them my problem and they told that they will refill my balance but did not refill my balance,on 15th January 2012 again Rs 10/- has been reducted in my mobile then i called to customer care but did not refill my balance and again yesterday i.e.,29th January 2012 Rs99/- has been reducted and they did not refill my balance.
So please take action and case a complaint on Tata Docomo
