I am Sandeep Sahoo.
I am a subscriber of Tata Docomo since 8/9 months.
Before this I've submited complain against the problems which I am facing from 'Tata Docomo", but Tata Docomo has sent me an e-mail that "your problem has been resolved", without solving it.
I have spoken many times with the customer care executive of Tata Docomo regarding balance duduction, even with their senior (CEO) also. Two times they told me that they'll refund my deducted balance Rs.461, but still didn't.
For refund my balance the details are as below:
Complaint no. - PSG091680883.
Date - 02.01.2011.
Time - 10:20p.m.
Assurance by Tata Docomo - All debited amount wil be refund in 3 hrs in your account.
But still I didn't get my debited amount back.
Shame on Tata Docomo, by doing this types of things.They are spoiling the name of Tata.
Requesting for cancell the licence of Tata Docomo.
They are cheating the customers.
I struggled many times to speak with customer care executive, whenever I called, it's saya "all the customer care executive are busy attending another call". By doing this types activities they are torturing us mentally.
Also 3 times I went to Tata Docomo customer care center to speak regarding the problem. After waiting for 2 and half hour I got the oppourtunity to meet them.
They just sent an e-mail regarding the problem I am facing to their senior & told me to come another day, but when I went 2 times there, they asked me: We have not received any reply from our senior, plz come another day & if you are not interested with Tata Docomo then you can change your service (by no. portablity) to any other...
" This is the shameless reply from Tata Docomo customer care center, Pune, Pimpiri, near Finolex chowk..
