Most Humbly I would like to bring this occurence to you that I am using TATA Indicom Sim with no. 9212850030 and I received a message on 7th Jul 2010 at 9:32 AM that I had been charged Rs. 30/- for Voice Chat Pack activated on my no. when I called to customer care on the same day that you have charged me wrongly they registered a complaint with complaint no. BAL076800711 and told me that within 6 hrs complaint will be resolved then I received a call from 01726601101 from TATA call centre and they asked me about issue. I again repeated that I have not activated this service on my no. kindly wave off my amount. They told me that you have followed up the process of IVR that is why this service has been activated then I asked for written statement then he denied to give me written statement. So, I am lodging this complaint on this site so that you can take necessary steps against these kinds of activity of TATA Indicom. Kindly do something for this to save the money of thousands of TATA consumers.
