i purchased a tata walky and a tata photon combo a few months back.. after three months i applied for converting it into prepaid for both the devices. the tata photon number got activated but the tata walky number didnt. later i tried to shift it to indore (mp) from patna (bihar) but here they took 15 days and at last they said that it cant be activated .
help me out.
