Tata Indicom is looting me everyday. It itself activates callertune and more value added services on my mobile. I am a 61 year old man and they are robbing my hard earned money. My mobile no. is 9211472781
On 28th december 2010 they activated a caller tune and when I called them to deactivate it five times they say server is down and then they charged 30 Rs..I had 28 paise on my number. Then on 1st Jan 2011 they activated Alladin game and charged me those 28 paise, I complained that I didnt activated it and the customer care starts giving me lame reasons and when I recharged my account on 10th Jan 2011 they gain charged me rest sum of 19.72 Rs. even when I told them to deactivate it then I had very low balance and I didn't recharged for rest month and then when on 24th January 2011 I again with 20 Rs in my mobile and then they again charged for the next month callertune starting from 28th Jan even when I told them to deactivate it first. Now on 29th January I again called them and told them to finally deactivate the caller tune and they refused to refund any of my money.
They have looted me around 100Rs in last 2 months and they dont even listen and start giving excuses.
I am not recharging my mobile phone now.
This type of activties must be stopped please and please take action against these alerts.
I just need the phone to talk and listen only and they are harassing me like anything.
