hi!!
im using my tata number from last more than 4 years. and my mobile number is 09250691967
and from past few days i am facing a lot of problem regarding balance deduction.
on 22.08.2010 rs 22 has been deducted and on the very next day rs8 got deducted
and after that they charged me rs 10. when i called up customer care they say me that
i have subscribed caller tunes. i can surely say that i have not asked any caller tunes or welcome tunes from tata indicom, and when i tell them to refund my money back, that customer care executive hung up the phone. this is not it. On 30 of august, i get my recharge done through net banking
i rechared for rs51 to get the talk time, but i didnt receive any talk time!. when i called up cutomer care
they say that they have activated some plan, i dont know why?? pls help me!!
im a student and i dont have that much amount to spend on my rechare voucher.
if this same situation will go on, i will surely discontinue my number!!

Hence, the deduction is correct. Further, I you would like to deactivate the same, please revert to us or you can call our customer care at 12524.
