Hi I would like to make a complaint against Tata indicom Prepaid customer service as they are unable to credit the balance of Rs 40/- debited to my account for thought of the day services dated on 27-08-2010.
I did not subscribe to it but my balance got reduced automatical

Kindly look into the same.
