I bought a TATA indicom SIM and submitted all the papers

1)Passport Xerox
2) Electricity Bill
3) Filled in form

But after sometime the connection was blocked When I contacted Call center They told me that they have not received the Papers I submitted papers again in the TATA indicom office of July 2 but still the connetcion is not active..
