Sir,
I purchased a handset with connection no. 9210711029 from Tata Indicom shop situated at N-44, Connaught Place under a scheme on 19.12.2012 "Baat Karne Ki Aajadi - Rs. 1400 main Rs. 1400 ka talk time free with handset"
The sales executive at the aforesaid shop assured me that as per scheme I am entiteled for a talk time of Rs. 500/- at activation and Rs. 300/- within 72 hours and Rs. 300/- twice at an interval of one month and two months respectively.
Sir, as per assurance I got the talktime of Rs. 500/- upon activation but I am not yet received any further installment of Rs. 300/- despite more than one months has lapsed. I made the submission for the aforesaid before the customer care executive of the company posted at the aforesaid shop as well as on customer care number provided by the company on several occasion details of the said complaint alongwith complaint number and persons contacted is detailed below:
