    Default Tata Indicom - Tata Photon Plus Internet

    Dear Sir,

    I am a new customer to Tata Indicom. I take a Tata Photon Plus Internet connection before 2.5 months. It is a routine from the side of Tata Indicome to disconnect my connection in the name of "crossing the credsit limit" without any information (though sms/telephone call or email). When I call them regarding this, they are asking to may some interim amount to reinstate the connection. This happened several times during the last 2 months.

    I am a Postpaid Customer and I am ready to pay the amount if I have any excess usage. However Tata Indicom have ni right to terminate my connection that also even without informing me. This is really a harassment and irritation and because of this I lost many works worth lakhs. I even could not attend a meeting as I could not reseve air-ticket.

    On Sept 1, 2010 also they barred my connection. When I called one customer support executive, she informed me to pay Rs. 500 and connection will be reinstate immediately. I went to Tata Indicom Office in Velachery and paid that amount (even I could not make payment online because their system is down for last one month and they didn't even fixed that issue). I paid the amount at 9:30 AM and by 10:00 AM the connection is suppose to be reinstate. However it doesn't happened. I made several calls, but they behaved rudely to me. The Line Activation team didn't act of my complaint. I want a suitable action from Consumer Court against Tata Indicom.

    Angry Tata Photon Plus - Careless customer service

    I bought Tata photon plus connection from DIGITECH BTM BANGALORE. I submitted all the documents before diwali 5/Nov/2010. I got the photon device two days late and then after activation it got disconnected after 2 days i.e. 12/Nov/2010. I complained and found that document did not get submitted.
    I called them so many times but still today is 17/Nov/2010 I can not find my connection to be working.
    When I asked that I want to return back the device they refused to take that back.

    I will never like to go for any TATA product from today onward and would never like to go to DIGITECH SHOWROOM BANGALORE, BTM,

    It was a worse experience for me.

    Default run around by Tata Photon

    Hi,

    My name is Pramod, Tata Photon Plus number 9243343854.

    To whom so ever it may concern, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I have received from Tata Indicom store rep in Rajajinagar Santosh & have been cheated.

    When I took the plan I was told by Santosh that I can opt for a corporate connection & was offered Rs 650 per month with 5GB cap unlimited downloads with 1MBPS speed. He took all the documents required for a corporate connection which included a copy of my office ID & offer letter.

    First month when I received the bill & a call from Tata indicom rep, I was notified that this is not a corporate connection but I have been charged as per Rs 950 per month plan.

    When I visited the store & spoke to the rep Santosh, he said that he has updated my details for corporate connection but has not been processed as yet in the first month billing cycle, however assured that he will accept the bill as per the corporate plan & promised that by next billing cycle it will reflect as per the corporate plan he offered to me which is Rs 650 per month 5GB cap unlimited.

    When I got my 2nd month bill, I have yet been charged as per the normal 950 plan and not the corporate plan. On 3rd of September, when I visited the store the rep Santosh is no more working with Tata Indicom & was told by the person in charge that he has been terminated due to false promises made to customers & other ethiccal issues. When I informed him that I was offered corporate connection & last month I was billed as per the same he advised me that there has been no changes made but he has just waived off the remaining amount. I was asked to write this mail & informed that Nodal office will take care of this problem.

    I知 very disappointed by th false promise made by your rep Santosh & cheating a customer just to get one connection. Further to this even the speed which was promised to me upto 5GB download 1 MBPS I知 not even getting that speed.

    I would like someone to look into this matter & help me correct the plan & speed, if I知 not offered the plan which was suggested by your rep Santosh I would like to discontinue the service & will report this to Consumer Court for the terrible misled customer service. Hoping for a positive response at the earliest & Thank you in advance.
