I was applied for TATA photon Internet serviceRs 599/- with the speed of 512 kbps(Unlimited), after activation of the plan after 15 days i realized activated plan was not which i did applied for. i went to TATA customer care center and raised complaint abd issue was solved after 3 days. I called to '121' service for bill issue and informed them that i won't pay for not opted plan. but customer care executive answered bill has to be paid, So i ignored to use the Internet but i were made few calls from it's land line for that i were ready to pay for phone usage but didn't listen to me and asked me to pay total bill.
now after three months recovery agent called to me and asked me to pay total Rs1,800/- bill must be cleared with in 2 days. i asked them to come to my office and he did but he hadn't listen to me rather behaved rudely even he sat in my office for 3 hours. someone convinced him and sent him out. he again called to me and came my office behaves with same manner. please advice me how to handle such incident? and how to stop the recovery agent to harass us?
