Problem: I am receiving bills after cancellation of connection and also they are sending legal notice to me for paying the amount for it.

Details :
I was user of Tata photon about a year, I was facing very bad internet speed, the complaint was registered with Photon customer care many times, but the problem was never resolved completely.

Due to this I stopped using the service and Requested for the cancellation of the connection.

During cancellation they asked me to pay all the due amount. I had made complete payment.

Cancellation details are mentioned in the mail below.

Even after cancellation and paying all the dues, I am receiving mails to make the payment and I have got a legal notice from them on 12th January 2012 in the form of "email", I have checked this mail yesterday and it was very shocking for me..
