My mother is using tatadocomo prepaid & the number is 7204702450.
Frequently amount is deducted for one or the other service which is actually not activated by us.Regarding this I have complained to social@tatadocomomarketing.com and then the amount was credited and was assured that the problem will not repeat. But the problem still continued and i again complained twice.last times complaint no GBL0921821746 (Jan 2012).

Again yesterday i.e on 05.02.2012, Rs30 is deducted. Due to this problem repeating again and again my mother is facing lot of difficulties in doing urgent calls as it not possible for her to recharge immediately for making calls.This is like mental torture for her.

Therefore request the forum to kindly help in this regard and take some legal action on Tata Docomo. We are extremely unsatisfied by the service.

i am a consumer of tata docomo and i use its services daily today my balance of rs 131 are deduct by this company and now i have no balance in my account the superviser rahul patel said to me that i have use it in surfing of internet and the rs 131 deduct start from 06 pm
what i do please suggest me for this query.
