I just used Vodafone Prepaid Connection in last 5 months. This is second time in 5 months; Vodafone set Caller tune on my number without take my permission.

When I deactivate this caller tune & tell him to give my money back, then they said to me (in 48 hours your money is automatically back in your account)

But in today's Sixth day & they do not take any Action about My money.

Two times in 5 Days I call to customer care in 9888098880 but they tell me (there is a Processing working in your Account) & Now they give No response at till time.

These people again given fake assurance and wanted time.

That concluded what a beggar a company Vodafone is.....

Now u Tell me Plz what can I do in this Case
