This is the mail that i had sent to Videocon....
I had availed for the GPRS service that videocon offers about 25 days back. I am really sorry to say that i have got the most pathetic gprs service that a telecom company could offer.
I have been using the Gprs service by airtel since the past 4 years and recently been using docomo's too, but had never faced such difficulties.
I have the following complaints regarding videocon's gprs:
1. I am unable to connect internet via my laptop or any other PC.
2. I am unable to download any kind of file via my phone's browser, be it any file or a song from numerous different websites.
3. Whenever i connect gprs through my cellphone, sometimes gprs keeps disconnecting, and hence i m not able to browse even through my fone.
I have called up your customer care about 15 times since the day i had gprs activated, but i am sorry to say that even after calling up so many times even the customer care executives dont have the decency to give in my complaint. I even spoke to a couple of floor managers(one of them was Mr. Karthik with whom i spoke twice) and a team leader. After calling so many times finally Mr. Karthik took my complaint(complaint no. 5546765), but to a mere dissapointment that the complaint was not looked after even after calling up so many times. Firstly out of the 15 times i called about 8-10 times your system was down due to "technical difficulties" due to which my complaint was not taken in the first place.
