Dear sir,
I have been using reliance postpaid number 9302122907 for past few years.
Now that i am not satisfied with the services i wish to port out, swtching to some other service provider. i opted for porting out. But indeed Reliance has been harassing me by denying the request again and again on the pretext of payment overdue. To solve this issue i have made payments of Rs700/- on 27th December 2011, Rs 600/- on 3 January 2012,Rs 500/- 14 January 2012 in accordance to amount generated be reliance. I am shocked to see such an absurd behavior where in my average monthly bill is Rs 650/- to Rs 700/-.
I am sure my port out request is met with, at your earliest keeping in mind that this is my fifth request to port out. I am sure company will also cooperate not taking the maximum of seven days. My complain number registered with reliance is 170175003. I also believe, having complete bill details for the month of December 2011 and January 2012 in hard copy. And the outstanding amount be settled .

I highly appreciate the efficiency with which the port out complaint was treated. And the desired, was achieved within a short span of time. Though i am still waiting for the final settlement amount and the detailed bill for the month on December'11 and January'12 from the reliance.
I wish the same is treated with immediate effect.
I also thank consumer court forum for providing such a brilliant and effective pro-consumer justice.
