My mobile number is 9964427418, previously registered at Spice Telecom-Karnataka, now Idea is owning the Spice Telecom and I get all transaction & messages from Idea.
My problem is that I cannot register at 'https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/Registration' , the message is " This is not a valid Idea mobile number. Please try again", why this message is popping out from this website?
I contacted Customer Care, they said: it'll be looked into, but till date no reply and the same msg at the website. Am I not an Idea customer ? the company should explain this.
