My name is vijay and mt mobile number is 9923286563 and my alternate number is 8956587956. I am facing problem in using gprs in my area i.e. In paud road near mit college, pune but in other area except mine i can easily use my gprs facility. I have called customer care executive also but they were also unable to solve my problem. So this is my humble request that please check your services in this area. I am facing this problem since last week and still noone has solved it.
