On 12th August 2010, Rs. 14 were deducted from my prepaid Aircel account. On contacting the customer care, i was told that an internet pack had been activated on my number and the executive kept on arguing with me and said that a request had been sent from my number to activate the Internet pack but the fact is that no such request was made from my number.
