I have my Uninor services since 2 yrs now. These companies have been looting everyone time to time and i have been many times a victim of various services they activate on the numbers without prior consent of the customer.

Yesterday i recharged 500 in my main balance - For last 3 months i have been recharging one of their OFF - STV 69 which was for ISD 30 min till day before yesterday. Today i recharged the same 2 times and it took my 69 x 2 recharges from my total main balance of 597. That is 69 x =138 was deducted from my main balance...but the service of 30min x 2 ISD was not credited into my account. When i call the call center they say there is no such scheme and presently their scheme for 69 is changed to some other offer of Half Paise for local calls. THIS IS RIDICULOUS as 2 days the offer was for ISD CALLS 30 min is changed to Local calls Half Paise offer - WHICH NO WHERE IN THE SITE IS MENTIONED - THE WEB SITE SHOWED THE SAME 69 as ISD 30 min offer, I personally showed the call center agent the same - they Vehemently Disagree that it is not updated and I wont get back my 138 which is already charged for some other new offer of Local minuted NOT ISD 30 Min offer.

I should be getting back 138 reversal or atleast 1 hour of ISD talk time. These ppl are just ROYAL EDUCATED LOOTERS OF INDIA. Or rather Educated ILLITERATES of INDIA.

they have done these acts before also by taking 60 rupees deduction by activating unwanted continuous songs on my mobile as and asked me to deactivate it myself by requesting them to deactivate them - WITHOUT MY CONSENT they have added such services inspite of my number being in DND. I request your forum to make them pay this 60 also as they have charged it on their own without customers consent.

they are not happy with what they get but look back door like this by offering schemes to lure customer and then suck their balances in this manner.

I need help in getting back my 1hr ISD TALK TIME or 138 + 60 = 198 to my Credit in to my mobile number 90 59 58 97 32. Please Help. This is really painful that we work so hard to earn that money and they sit and loot us periodically.
