Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Das facing a problem with Uninor GSM mobile No. 9126885889. Always when I keep the SIM card out of my mobile balance is deduced drastically. I have faced this problem many times. Now, I am in Gujarat, so here I kept this mobile number switched off. Then my balance was Rs. 81.50, but when after few months I inserted this SIM, I saw all the balance is deduced wrongly to 50 Paisa , instead of my switched off mobile and also there is no service was activated. Now when I am calling customer care they always said their system is in up-gradation, they are unable to take my complain.
So, in this situation I am requesting you to take proper steps against Uninor ( W.B) , so that they forced to refund my all balance.
