Dear Sirs,

I am a customer to Uninor 8401003738. One day there was SMS that Rs 30 deducted from my account.

Since I wanted simple talking facility and no special facility; I requested Uninor for charge slip and stop deducting such charges on 18th Nov 2011.

On 21st Nov, 9th Dec and 11th Dec, Uninor replied that matter is referred to concerned department.

After exchange of emails there was message from Uninor that Rs 15 deducted from my account for Dildosti and further no funds in my account.

Complain no. 198 difficult to get. It seems Uninor have deducted Rs 30+30+15=75 for My chat and Dil dosti without my knowledge.

Kindly do the needful.
