Today in the morning I downloaded a wall paper from internet for which Rs 15 /= has been deducted .But to my surprise you people deducted it 2 times more i.e. instead of deducting Rs 15 ,you deducted Rs 45 ,30 rupees extra for what ?. I contacted your customer services and they accepted their follies and assure me that Rs 30/- will be paid back immediately. To my surprise again ,nothing positive actions has taken so far .

will the the responsible authority is going to take needful action. If yes ,When?

I have opened my option to move to take legal actions if my problem is not addressed and Rs 30 is not reimbursed to my account

It is beyond my imagination that such a good and reputed company has financial problem and that it want to sort out with poor customer like me.

I am the customer of idea since 2years bearing mobile no. 9505753985, i have applied for PORTOUT from idea to other network but the IDEA company rejected my MNP every time, and they are not giving any answer.

i am IDEA costomer bearing mobile no. 9553331037, i have applied for PORTOUT from idea to other network, but the idea company is rejected my porting to other network every time, and they not giving me any reasons for rejecting, so please consider my compalint and help me to solve problem
