I know, no one should trust Reliance but Anil has stooped to all time low.
I took a Reliance CDMA prepaid and took Rs 599 plan. I was told by the lady at the reliance store that it has R2R unlimated calls for a month and I got it confirmed by calling up customer care once again (because, as I said before, never trust Reliance).

But after some days I suddenly found that I don't have balance in my account. I called up customer care and was shocked to know that it is not unlimited by only 2700 minutes.

How can Reliance cheat people like this? This is clear violation of consumer practices. They should come clear on this.

Recently i take a prepaid CDMA number with unlimited STD plan worth 599 per month on 22nd may,2010.
i submit my documents on that day without fail.On 1st June,2010 they barred my out going calls without giving any prior information.Then i make a call to customer care,they said that those documents which r submitted on 22 nd may are not correct and also they inform that they give prior messages,which i didn't get.please file a case against on this issue

I want to draw your attention towards the reliance unlimited Rs. 599 plan which include the unlimited talk on any Reliance network in India with 30 min Free talktime daily for 30 days on any other network but now the customer care is saying that only upto 2700 min. is free and for more you will be charged which is not mentioned earlier.Now I am loosing my balance .

Last month, i tried to recharge my cell with Rs 599 for that unlimited plan. 1st i called up customer care to confirm this plan to which they said its true.. With nxt 16days after using that plan, i started losin my balance.. I called up the customer care for this prob. To my surprise, they denied saying they gave any such information abt unlimited calls ....

I feel we all such lodge a complaint in consumer court ....

I was plaaning to go for reliance 599 plan. But thanks to all for telling the truth. I also had very bad experience with Reliance. In Noida Sector 18 based reliance outlet. First they misguided me and second there way of talking was totally a non professional way. It seems they are selling vegeatbles. I strongly recommend not to go for Reliance. As there foundation is based on fraud. If they can cheat openly at All India Level . Then God knows what the hell they do to win contracts. Being a mangement professional i am sure that if there way of working will be like so. Then gradually they will lose respect in the market. I feel sorry to the great visionary Dhirubahi Ambani. What a cheap business his sons are doing. A big Shame.

what the hell is going on?? now this reliance changed the plan to 599/- to 799/-.. what a stupid things r going on.. day by day call rates r going decreasing but this reliance people's r increasing.. very soon i m going to stop using reliance.. even i am using reliance broadband they commited speed upt 3.1 mbps but i didnt get tht much of speed till now... seriously this is very worst service provider... change this plan otherwise all r having many other option.. why reliance??

I too scerwed by reliance. I did a 599 charge on 22nd of this month and did calls without any problems upto 27 but this guys changed to 799 the guys now telling my things changed to 599 present format which is limited one. wondering how they can con customer upfront. I am using Reliance CDMA connection and has been regular user of 599 plan from an year.But suddenly i noticed my balance getting over by itself. i recharged two to three times thinking my daughter must have misused.But now i was confirm something going wrong. called customer care n found they have change the plan and if i want to avail the same facility i have to recharge by 799.Its such a shocking thing ever happened.

I can't understand what kind of advertisement are sending & showing to the reliance customers by this reliance network .They advertise Rs:599 plan for all india R2R free unlimited for one month, But after recharge it they activate it only for some hours around 50hr. after completing it they start to cut 20 paisa per minute. What kind of cheating is this ??? I recharge this plan on 24 Nov 2011 but from yesterday onward it start to cut 20 paisa per minute. It is not good for Reliance.

There has been no intimation to consumers regarding the plan change. I had been recharged last 3 months of 599Rs to make unlimited STD calls free to reliance. on 23nov2011 I had recharged my Reliance GSM of 599Rs but yesterday onwards I am unable to make calls to reliance. I called the Reliance customer care then I came to know the plan has been changed. Now I have to again recharge the plan of 799Rs to make unlimited STD calls to Reliance mobile. Really it feels like cheated.

When i visited their site they also mention same plan their. Later after 15 days they modified their plan and they messaged that they only provide 1800 min on net call. when i talk to their customer care number they refused to help me and regularly the are deducting my balance while i was calling on reliance Number. I am sending the screenshot of their plan as displayed on their official website.

When I recharged it I got a message that its a UNLIMITED R2R package, and I assumed that everything went well. ..I want to know if the plan is changed why the message says Unlimited r2r pakage from reliance. I am using reliance mobile no 9019805841 since last 3 year.For getting R2R free I called customer care they told its fully free for R2R for Rs 599.But after few days seen that balance also deducting for R2R so called customer care,they told that now 599 become 799.In between offer changed and also I lost unlimited free.So its better to opt other connection like BSNL unlimited for 501 monthly or 4999 yearly.
Reliance we can't trust.

Before writing anything ahead, can someone on this earth can tell me how can one person use 1800 minutes of Reliance talktime in just 1 hour????

Stating my point:
Recently, I have recharged my reliance gsm sim with a Rs.599 tariff plan which gives you 1800 free minutes to any other reliance number in India.

Just after recharging it, I called on my girlfriend's number to check if the plan is activated for me.
money was deducted > (no issues, as I thought it might take some time to update their DB).

After few hours I called on some reliance number again and again money was deducted from my mobile balance.

I called to the customer care, and it was just an hour after recharging my mobile. I talked wid him so politely, as If I am talking with my bro.

The guy replied me back in the same manner, that sir in last 1 hour you have already used your 1800 minutes.

At first, I was laughing like anything, and again so politely I asked him, how is this possible? and his reply was > our database is telling me that you have allready used 1943 minutes after recharging your mobile.

This time, I asked him to transfer my call to some superior of him, he put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back saying our superiors are busy, please call after 2 hours.
I did the same, called back this time, the reply was we are having system problems, please call tomorrow.

Again, I did the same, this time the guy was telling me same bullshit. and I asked him to transfer to some of his superior, which was again denied with the lame excuse, as they are busy.

And now, after 4 days over to this issue, they are saying we have data of just last 2 days, so we can not check and you must have used 1900+ minutes.

The customer care executive words are:
"Sir, I can bet you are telling us a lie. You have used it and we can not help you anymore."

Now,
I don't want my money back from these beggars, can anyone here just tell me from where I can teach them a lesson (even if I can sue them and drag to court).

Or if there is any Reliance Customer care guy who can answer me for this?

On 26 Nov 2011 i recharged with 599, the dealer said its unlimited plan.
after that when i do *367#, at the last of the response, i get message like 599 is R2R unlimited STD. After two days, i realized that my main balance is reducing. When i called CSR, he said this plan is not unlimited. This plan is only for 1800 min. When i asked CSR, why i can't see this in advertisment, he said, it in the process. Now i will have to recharge with 799 for unlimited offer.

I asked if i can recharge with 799. he said no. as I have recharged with 599, i can't recharge with 799, till 25 of Dec 2011. I can only take new offer once the old one get expired. I said, i don't want this 599 offer, i am not able to use the service. remove it, and i will recharge with 799. He said no, you can't. you will have to wait till 25 Dec 11.
Now i can't use 599 plan as its costing me money. And i can't use 799 as i can't recharge before 25 dec. Now i only have one option left with me. break the sim card provided by Reliance.

This is to remind you that I applied for a 599 recharge for this no. 09681287102 on 6th December. It has been activated from 7th December. But from today morning my balance has been deducting for each call rate i.e., (20 paisa / min.) I called the customer care and they informed that it gives 1800 mnt for STD reliance to relianec. But I was not informed that it gives only 1800 min free as I am your existing customer of this plan. Instead I was told that it gives unlimited free reliance- reliance. (Both local and STD). When I recharged the tariff was free between relince to relince but presntly it has been changed. It should applied for new customer not for running customer . am also informing you that I talk hardly 10 hours in this plan between 07-12-2011 to 14-12-11. you can check my call details. If you made any changes in your existing plan you should informed to your existing customer. Rs 599 is not less . Its a huge amount for a customer that we are paying to you for service.
Another , It was 13th December when my balance was Rs28 and then it has decreased to Rs 15 . And again decreased to Rs 5. I asked to customer care regarding this also but the cant provide the details. I want to know the reason for deducting my account balance.
I shall be very glad if you kindly take necessary steps expeditiously. Your early action will be appreciated.

Rliance telecom has once again proved themselves as a cheat company. every time they change their plans according to their wish.

I have reacharged 599 plan on 30th November,2011 in my no ( 9375725703). Now 15days after that, all my balance is finished, and when I contacted the reliance customer care, the experience was pathetic. They are saying that, The plan has changed without any intimation. Now at this situation people like us in deep trouble. Can we have a explanation from Reliance regarding that

The Customer care person behave like such rude way and blaming me as i have done a mistake to deal with Reliance.

I dnt think This type of service is anticipated from Reliance. Such a cheap company.
