On 30th July, 2010, I complained and On 31st you returned Rs.5/- and same day again charged Rs.5/- (54321) for Fun Pack. I lost it. Again on Sunday I filled Rs.10/-. But today again charged Rs.5/- for Fun pack. They are giving reply to mobile and giving a reference No. But no use.

Why Airtel is giving such bad service to the customers I do not know. Inspite of my repeated complaints, no permanent solution is from Airtel. On one side they giving back money and again on other side they are charging money for which I never made a request for the same.

Pl. give me help.

hello i am mohit modi mobile no.9601085463
as an airtel user i had activated dnd service in 20th august2010.it been long time but still i am getting airtel service calls n messages.i had call tones of time customer care and every time they say next time u wont get any call but they never keep their promise and within 5 days,such calls start to disturb me again so now what should i do further for this problem??
please guide me.
