Dear Sir,
I use reliance Mobile CDMA service. My Phone No. 9330054531. I belong to Kolkata West Bengal, there was unnesscessary deduction of charges for the service which I not used, on 13th may 2010 there was Rs 4.70 main account balance which was deducted along with extra charges and an outstanding balance of Rs -10.30 was shown to via sms. shortly I called to reliance customer service provider and had after a long disscussion I observed that I am not going to get any solution. there claim was that i used R world service which was not done by me.

Therefore I request to take probable action against this unsatisfying service.

Kindly do the needful and oblige.
