I am Smt. Namitarani Chhotaray Gumansingh my Reliance Mobile No. is 7735266537(Reliance Smart GSM) of Odisha Telecom Circle.I do not like Sport as I am a Housewife and never activate any other service.Still I am harassed due to my balance deduction of Rs.40/-(4 times of Rs.10/- each) for the CRICKET PACK SERVICE which neither I or any one from my family activated,because in my family I have only one 3 years son and my husband is in service at Kolkotta.
And while I call the customer care(Reliance Smart GSM) no response is made from their side.For this also I spend Rs.20/-,which is totally unnecessary.The customer care unit(Reliance Smart GSM) hold my call by the computer auto voice reply that "Please Wait,while we transfer your call to our costumer care executive".For this I spend my money and time for this cause.
In every 7 day Rs.10/- is deducted from my balance automatically I can't deactive it.
As a lower middle class woman I am totally harassed by this type of fraud made by the company(Reliance Smart GSM).
There for I want my money of Rs.60/- back as soon as possible from the company.
Kindly take necessary and immediate action for this type of fradualance activities of the Company(Reliance Smart GSM).

Dear Mam,
Never Call Customer care , call 198 from your phone in such case this is complaint and not a request . And adding more to your complaint reliance have a habit of deducting balance from mobile of literate and illitrate people where littreate people can fight for there right where as all other's hard earned money of poor people is stolen from there mobile.

If they stop one service other service will get activated , then you stop other then other will get activated, this is a very common technique of earning money of reliance.

Mam in today world not only calling customer care cost you Rs 20. but the time you spend can be vested in many other work like teaching your kids.

Reliance and all other telecom companies are same but reliance is no. 1 and idea is no 2 in this type of fraud.

My freind balance was deducted Rs 30, 7 times in a month some time sai baba some time nanak dev some etc etc.
