I am a Reliance Mobile User since its very inception. I have two major complaints
1) It has deducted my prepaid balance recently on 2-3 occasions. On calling customer service they give a standard reply that I have subscribed to this & that VAS. Which I have never done. I want to know from them why they do not inform us before starting any new VAS through a SMS. Should we keep a track on our balance every now and then.
2) They do not update their records even after providing the required documents many a times and keep asking for these again and again.(Mob No 9350675522 )
