    Default Urgent complain against AIRTEL

    Dear Sir/madam,

    This is to bring your kind notice that on 25Th july 2010 at 9:00 a.m, I received a call from 9679336205. But since I was busy at that moment so I disconnected the call without further listening to him and switched off my cell. Later, at around 11:00 a.m when i switched ON my cell, I received an SMS from AIRTEL hello tunes service for activation of hello tunes and also found that total of 45/- had been deducted from my account. I made a call immediately to customer care but they denied to accept the complain, but they unsubscribed me from hello tunes service as per my request. As soon as i Disconnected the call from customer care, that guy called me up again and he was literally laughing on it and threatening me that he can Block my SIM even.

    Then again on 26th July 2010 at 7:12 a.m, he called me again but i didn't receive the call but after 15 mins I again found that my airtel number had been subscribed to 10 days activation of hello tunes.Atlast I made a call to APPELLATE division of WEST BENGAL AIRTEL and spoke to MISS PRIYANKA at 98318-44865 about this and she refunded my lose balance of amount 55/-.She also consoled me that she will definitely look after this problem and will see that he never makes such calls again.

    But on 27th evening, I received the same call again from same number at 6:30 p.m evening That Guy, whoever he was, was asking my address and when i denied to provide, he threatened me that he will block my sim right now. And surely after 5 mins I found that i am unable to make or receive any call from that number i.e 9933544840.It has been totally blocked.

    My question lies, that who that person is, and how he got so much of authorization to activate VAS or to block a SIM?? And even after my several complains , why didn't AIRTEL take any kind of serious step against that Guy till date?

    It isn't a problem for me to get another connection but I cannot ignore this! Because my number is being used by my old mother. This kind of negligence from AIRTEL is totally intolerable.

    I appreciate miss priyanka's helping hand but I think this problems should be treated on Urgent basis.

    I want immediate justice to this.

    Exclamation Not getting benifits from airtel

    i have recharged my airtel with Rs 11 as i got message from airtel that if i recharged my airtel with Rs. 11 so i wil get Rs.7.97 immediatly and Rs. 3.03 & 100 local +national sms from 7 days withing 48 hours. i Got this message from airtel on 10th March-2011 at 11:30am. I recharged my airte prepaid with Rs.11 on same day at 12:37. I got Rs.7.97 immediatly. after 48 hours i checked i did not get Rs.3.03 +100 sms so i called in customer care for the same inquiri. so i got Rs.3.03 but still i did not get 100 free sms from airtel. then after i complaint many times in airtel but i am not getting satisfaction till now. I did not get 100 free sms. Last time when i complaint i got reference no : CBNRA20318325382.

    Default Porting process still pending

    I have made porting from aircel to airtel. Request has been validated and the message said that the porting will happen on 22-03-2011 00.10.076. My aircel sim was barred and i changed my airtel sim.But it read SIM card registration failed.when i contacted airtel customer care they said porting process is over and the number is with airtel.But still the airtel SIM is not working.Kindly help me on the same.

    Angry worst constumer service

    airtel is the worst network in terms of giving services to the constumers..... Day before yesterday i recharged worth Rs.85 on my number..... It is a msg card.... But after its activation also my balance is deducted on sending msgs..... An whenever i call at constumer care, they say that we are transfering your call to seniour manager but after sometime they disconnect the call before transfering it...... Soo i'm badly suffering from this problem.... And they are not solving it....

    airtel is the worst network in terms of giving services to the constumers..... 09th may 2011 i recharged worth Rs.29 ( 04 times ) on my number..... It is a booster card for std @ 25 paise to west bengal regon.... But after its activation also my balance is deducted ( 60 paise per min on calling..... An whenever i call at constumer care, they say that we are transfering your call to seniour manager but after sometime they disconnect the call before transfering it...... Soo i'm badly suffering from this problem.... And they are not solving it....and when i email to customer care they are asking time again & again but not solving my problem what should i do please tell me

    Default Porting complain

    Airtel is the cheater company only charging money and when i tried to change the service provider they rejected porting and said this is contractual sim and this cannot be ported. It is the worst company in the world.

    hi i am not able to connect custmer care .if want to call 121 and 198 then there is a reply 'please contact *121#or 12131 for know offer of the day'.evey time in my area network is flachuate.please give new offer for local call like vodafone .i want to see my airtel as world's no-1 company.so i want to tell u to give good offers in call, strong network ,good net speed in 2G.about 40 to 100kbps speed in download.your speed is now just 10kbps in orissa.so please increase it.     Default Airtel registration

    I am rahul. I am using porting sim of airtel. But now the all call are stop on my airtel sim from last 2week. I was give my all id proof to airtel office in mukerian.     Default Bal reduction in airtel

    sir/madam, I'm 1st yr student. I'm using Airtel sim from last 4yr+. And now from sometime I'm facing balance deduction problem. Suddenly I got message that this service is activated and they cut my balance. 2weeks before they deduct my 25 rs two times for some service that I never saw, never heard about that. and today they deduct my 99 rs again for other service. Whole total they deduct my more then 550 in 2011, please sir/madam please help me. I'm student and I'm facing balance problem now a days just because of Airtel.     i am using airtel from +6 years....I have recharged my mobile with 98 rs(net recharge) and it gave 2GB net use.....and today when i recharged my mobile with 98rs....it gave me only 1GB...it's like Heart Attack...100 rs is very mean to me.....when i called C.C they told me that this scheme has changed just 2-3 hours before....it's like ("jale pe namak chidakna")...they must let me know about their plans.. i recharge(98rs) my mobile whenever i get money for it.....and this time it's like waste of my money.........please give me back my 98rs or give me 2GB.......my number is 9784116909

    Default Billing Discrepancy

    This issue is regarding billing discrepancy which I've been facing since May 9. The details of my Airtel a/c are provided below:

    Airtel Cell No. - 9920885663
    Relationship No. - 1023015874

    I had activated Free Calling to 1 Airtel Fixed Line - MB Corridor Plan on 9 May 2011. I have been facing billing issues since that day where my calls to the free number have been charged without any discounts. I had to follow up a lot for the earlier bill payments also i.e. May and June, when finally things got resolved and I got a promise from the billing department that this won't happen in future. But this has happened for the month of July 2011 also. I had raised two service requests this month for this issue, the details of the service request are provided below:

    1. Service Request No. - 39013735 raised on 13 Aug 2011 which was to be resolved by 18 Aug
    This request was closed by the billing dept., without giving me a call and writing in the resolution that the charges are valid

    2. Service Request No. - 39136155 raised on 21 Aug 2011 which was to be resolved by 25 Aug
    I got a call from the Billing Dept. on 26 Aug saying that a discount of Rs.826 has been given on the free number. I told the representative that the total amount for the calls to all Airtel numbers in my bill is Rs. 1504.20 out of which only calls worth Rs. 32.20 have been made to numbers other than the Free Number. She rechecked the same and said that the matter would be esclated further and I would get a call again for resolving this issue. but yesterday I came to know from the collection department that this SR has been closed, giving me a discount of Rs. 826 which should have be Rs. 1442. Also I got to know from the representative that the MB Corridor Plan has been stopped on the Free Number and I have been charged 20 paise per min on the free number. Is this a policy of Airtel to change a post-paid customers plan without his / her knowledge and approval.

    As per my calculation the bill for the month of July should not have been more than Rs. 890.

    I have received a new bill for the bill period of 26 july 2011 to 25 Aug 2011 this morning and It has the same issue. I have been charged for calls made to the free number. The bill has been over-charged by Rs. 1692/-. The actual bill amount payable should have been Rs. 1026.34/- instead of Rs. 2718.34/-.

    I had been a vodafone customer and have ported to Airtel 5 to 6 months back. I have already spent a lot of my time breaking my head by calling 198 and 121 and also writing mails to 121@in.airtel.com for the issues mentioned above. I have been mentally harassed for the past three months. The final verdict about Airtel from me is that Airtel SUCKS BIG TIME and its got the WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE on this planet.

    Angry Airtel wrongly deducting balance

    It's quite sad to see Airtel resort to cheap tactics to earn money. I've had Rs. 30 deducted for 'Comedy Zone' and Rs. 5 deducted for 'Full Track', neither of which I subscribed to. On calling up the call center executive, the services were promptly deactivated but the money not refunded. By deducting small amounts from prepaid customers (most of whom won't even notice) Airtel continues to earn millions of Rs. every month. The only thing is, if they continue at this rate, a time will come when they won't have a customer base.

    Some of the senior executives should read through this forum and see the number of complaints against Airtel and act before its too late, otherwise, with number portability here, customers will simply move on.
    If this amount is not refunded, I for one will certainly move on.

    Dirt ! Based on my Mom's experience.

    I read today India Inc. is scared of Anna’s Bill !

    Am convinced 200 % sure - Airtel has Cheat Softwares.

    My mom has a Prepaid Airtel connection.

    On 7.09.2011 - there was a balance of around Rs.399 in her account.

    On 8.09.2011 - around 8 AM ,she found the balance to ahve reduced to around Rs. 299.

    Same day , at around 12 PM - the balance had redued to Rs. 265.

    Whereas,My mother never used the Mobile ,all this while,since the 7.09.2011 night.

    I checked the Call Log - Dialled Calls ! Was confirmed she never made any call during this period.

    Called the Airtel Enquiry - was told that she had subscribed toa Chat service and used the MObile for around 60 minutes - at around 5 PM.

    Thats her daily Meditation time.

    She doesn’t use her mobile to speak to GOD!

    My Mom’s round 80 Years old - has no use of / doesn’t know how to subscribe / has never ever used ANY CHAT SERVICE !!!!!

    I requested Airtel Customer care to restore the balance.

    I rang the Customer Care again at around 8 PM-hoping they had restored the balance - but my calls were disconnected by them,each time.

    It is evident that - Airtel keeps a tab on the User Profile-and sucks their pension Funds-so what, the color of money is same.

    A case of - Cheat Softwares/Corruption/Scam by Airtel ?

    Senior Citizens appear tobe very very vulnerable with Airtel.

    I have had a Reliance connection for the last 8 years - Overbilling , Never ? ?

    I know that the CMD of Airtel has himself booked a ticket with Destiny for his downfall - with one stroke.

    All the senior citizens will yet wish you the very very best - on your journey to the pit.

    Should i go to Anna ! - No Not Anna !

    He’ll be very very tough.

    Can your subscribers guide me as to - where to / whom to complain !

    One guy from airtel office called me and started talking bad words and nuisance.
    It was a mental torture and i am highly annoyed.

    Angry Complaint Against Airtel

    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am using several Landline connections provided by Airtel. I submit all the bills on time. Airtel has stopped my Landline number 0120-4108888 without any notice or anything. We have a small firm and It impacted negatively on our Business as well.. From November 11th, consistently I am calling on customer care, visiting relationship centers of Airtel, But this number has not been activated. I have got a new complaint number every time I requested to get activated my connections. Please help us to recover this loss and activate this number of airtel.. Thank you!

    My bill is showing International sms charges of Rs.290 when I have not made even a single International sms. These people are cheating the General Public.
