Hi,
My name is Radeesh, I just had a very very bad experience with Vodafone. I had taken a new postpaid connection from Vodafone, first they took almost 3 days to activate that number, saying that some verifications were pending and then finally they activated this number after 1 complete day their person visited my residence.

Then very shockingly they just deactivated my number, I received no calls from their side and now they are asking for 3 months bank statement or salary slip. I mean WTF.

1) Nobody told me this was required to have a post-paid connection. My brother even visited their gallery twice for activating this number and once their person came to my residence.

2) How the hell they can just disconnect the line without asking me or even speaking to me?

3) When I spoke to their executive "Sameer" (from JUHU Vodafone gallery) he told me that they want to be sure that I'll be able to pay this bill. For god sake... I don't know what's wrong with these guys, coz I just took a 235 Rs normal plan and told them that my usage will be limited and I also got a SMS from their side stating that my credit limit will be 500 rs (and I have even paid Rs 350 for sim card).

I am already using TATA, to be honest I never faced such irresponsible, unprofessional behavior from them. I have a friend group and they are using 9 vodafone numbers and they actually forced me to have a vodafone numer but after the behavior vodafone people showed me now all of my friends are planning to disconnect the numbers.

I am really shocked to see the kind of unprofessional behavior they showed. I mean, if they wanted my income proof, they could have easily asked for it, was this kind of action requied?

I have lost a good business deal because of these guys as I was not having any other way to contact my client. Now who is gonna pay for that?

Now I and my friends have lost our trust in Vodafone and their armature services and customer care ( as these losers still want me to visit their gallery (wasting my quality time) to submit my income proof or even if I want to speak to any responsible person over there.

What the hell, all this headache for a number? Go to hell man...

I would have been really happy and would have happily submitted the required documents if they had asked for it without disconnecting the line. But now it doesn't even matter because they disconnected the line which was not even activated 24 hours before.

I mean, this is how vodafone provides service???

I just want to know, is there somebody who can help me to get my 350 rs back which I spent for a new sim card? as I will never be using vodafone in my entire life and will suggest the same to everyone around me.
