I have recharged 34rs SMS and they are offering 200msg/Day..But they are charging 1rs/sms sometimes...???!!!! if we call 198(malayalam) they wont pick cal....then where we will complaint??....if our balance below they will send around 100 sms minimum from customercare........Totally Very cheep and bad Service they are providing

I Tried To Recharge offers Like STD Offer of 249 , SMS offer of 34, and internet Pack of 96............No even a single recharge cant be done..........Shop owner told me that NETWORK PROBLEM........Why the are running a Mobile Telecome Company WIth out Recharging Option???????
