i am a customer of BSNL before 1 year i have used portability and change my service provider come in videocon when i registered in videocon and do recharge of internet first two month internet working after that not worked when i call customer care that when i am in indore my internet is working and when i go my hometown khargone internet not worked he is tell me that only incoming and outgoing calls doing in khargone town you cant surf internet in this town because our company tacking lease to tata docomo's tower and our separate service not here.
how it is possible that before some month my internet worked in khargone and after that not working in khargone.
