Hello,
What r you doing at your Customer Service Cell? Whom to I contact to resolve my problem of new connection?

I took a connection on (14.1.12) from Ernakulam by submitting my photo and ID Proof. The cost was Rs. 50/- and the plan offered free 30 min, local and 30 min videocon calls for 30 days. From 18.1.12 my calls were barred.

I tried whole day today and y'day to reach your customer executive from dialing 121 and 198. Every time day and night, when tried the number 198 , the voice is "All of our--------- are busy. Pls try after some time" and the call ends up. Some times message " Due to technical problem we cannot complete your request."

Once I got an executive on line after waiting a long time, and he told me to stay on line. Whether he was fooling me? I hold the line for 10 minutes..... no response, except your music. and the call ends up after 10 minutes. Next time I got another executive on line. He also asked me to hold for some time. After 2-3 minutes he replied that customer care executive will call me for verification. But nobody called me for verification, Except your marketing call.


Also in your website it is shown that Rs. 2222 recharge gives 240 talktime. But I recharged on 18.1.12 with Rs. 222/- but the talktime is Rs. 199.27 only.
