Sir,
I have purchased one Virgine CDMA mobile on 06 Sep 2008 from Wavetel shop located at Rajkallipakkam ,East Tambram (Now closed) by producing an address certificate issued by Air Force Station Tambaram and an xerox of PAN Card.
But on 20 Jun 10 at 0945 hrs one call came from mob no-09311311811 (Mr.Vikash Singh an employee of High Tech Advance Institute call center as on enquiry from him while on call) stating that I have made him a miss call. But I was astonished that once I have not made any call to that gentlemen how it is possible for a call to his mobile. Then I confirmed from Virgin customer care for the miss call and it was affirmed that no call was made. I felt doubt of IMEI no duplicacy.
On further enquiry from virgin mobile customer care it was established that the address of the owner is not matching i.e mine which I have submitted for the same.
Next day I visited virgin website and opned an account from where it confirmed that the owner's name and address with virgin company are :-
SIVAREDDY
NO.27 KAILASAPURAM 3RD STREET
MILAPORE
CHE
TAMIL NADU
- 600004
Now I being a defence personnel at AF Station Tambaram am afraid of misuse of my address proof documents and duplicacy/cloning of mobile. I request please redress my grievances or suggest me the best way of solution to claim against the Virgin company fault.
