i would like to inform u that i have taken 15 virgin sim and 1 demo virgin sim for the business from jassal enterprises (dealer) ludhiana. But because of network complaint from the customer, i refunded 12 virgin sim and 1 demo virgin sim to the executive of jassal enterprises with his receiving signatory. All process has done 2 month back. That time executive of jassal enterprises said ur refund will come to u with in 7 days. But till now i did not get my refund.
I speak to owner of the jassal enterprises and he replies me we did not get ur sim and demo. U speak to only the executive who collect the sim and demo from you. And he also replies that executive is not with us.

amount is near about 800/- rs i can leave this amount. But wy?
Pls reply me how do i get it.
