Dear sir/mam,
I am using virgin GSM sim card from atleast one year.. and from every month i recharge my mobile with internet pack of Rs.63 which has one month validity with 2.5GB browsing data, but speed of internet is too low whenever i complaint to custmor care they told me that its server problem.. So i want to register complaint against company that is this server problem exist throughout month.... it means i waste my Rs. 63 per month for this. Please sir kindly take action against this company for that problem..
